- Residents have to supply the name of the resident they are referring to the site email address within 7 days of their booking being completed. - The award amount is set to the 31st January, residents need to have paid all instalments up to the 31st Jan - Tenants can only claim 1 RAF within their flat, so have to use the group offer if more than 2 people are moving into that flat
